| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨综合性心理干预对截瘫患者心理状态及生活质量的影响.方法 将符合入组标准的64例截瘫患者随机分为干预组、对照组各32例.对照组进行常规护理,干预组给予综合性心理干预.采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)及抑郁量表(HAMD)评定患者的情绪状态,健康调查量表(SF-36)评定生活质量.结果 入院后72 h两组患者均表现出不同程度的焦虑和抑郁,手术后14 d两组患者的生活质量明显提高,评分均高于入院后72 h(P＜0.05),HAMA和HAMD总分均有所降低；干预组患者HAMA和HAMD总分均明显低于对照组,8个维度评分均明显高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 综合性心理干预可以改善截瘫患者的心理状态和生活质量,促进患者整体康复的进程.
