| 摘 要： | 目的高效液相色谱法测定肾石通颗粒中原儿茶醛的含量.方法采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-0.5%冰醋酸溶液(22∶78);检测波长为280 nm;流速为1.0mL·min-1.结果原儿茶醛线性范围5.0～80.0μg·mL-1,平均回收率为98.0%,RSD=1.1%(n=6).结论该方法不仅操作简单,准确,且重现性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制.

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the protocatechualdehyde by HPLC in Shenshitong Granules.Methods The determination was carried out on Kromasil C18 column.The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.5% glacial acetic acid solution（22∶ 78）.The detection wavelength was 280 nm.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.Results The linear range of protocatechualdehyde was 5.0～80.0 μg·mL-1 and the average recovery was 98.0% with RSD=1.1%（n=6）.Conclusion The method was simple,accurate with good reproducibility,and can be used for quality control of Shenshitong Granules. |
