| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨肝细胞生长因子( HGF)及其受体c-Met在结直肠癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理参数之间的关系.方法 采用免疫组织化学法,检测63例结直肠癌患者及20例良性腺瘤及周围正常结肠组织中HGF、c-Met的表达；计数微淋巴管密度(LMVD),分析HGF和c-Met表达及与LMVD和临床病理参数之间的关系.结果 HGF与c-Met在结直肠癌组织中的阳性表达率显著高于结直肠良性腺瘤及周围正常组织(P＜0.01)；结直肠癌组织中LMVD明显高于对照组(U=7.94,P＜0.01)；HGF及c-Met阳性表达的结直肠癌组织较阴性者有更高的LMVD(P ＜0.01)；HGF及c-Met在结直肠癌组织中的表达与淋巴结转移和TNM分期显著相关(P＜0.01).结论 HGF和c-Met与结直肠癌的发生发展密切相关,有可能成为结直肠癌治疗的新靶点.
