摘    要:山药多糖是目前公认的山药的重要活性成分之一,具有多种药理活性。如何获得高纯度的山药多糖是当前研究的热点。本文综述了近几年山药多糖的提取分离纯化技术研究,对进一步开展山药多糖的研究具有积极意义。

Abstract:Polysaccharides from Chinese yam is one of the active ingredient of yam,it have a variety of pharmacological activities.How to obtain highly purified polysaccharides from Chinese yam is a currently study hot spot.This article reviewed the research on the extraction and purification technology of polysaccharides from Chinese yam in recent year,and it had positive significance for the futher research of polysaccharides from Chinese yam.
