依达拉奉对帕金森病小鼠模型黑质酪氨酸羟化酶及Caspase-3的影响

摘    要:目的 探讨依达拉奉对帕金森病(PD)小鼠黑质多巴胺神经元的保护作用.方法 30只健康雄性C57BL/6小鼠,随机分为正常对照组、模型组和治疗组.后两组给予腹腔注射百草枯和代森锰建立PD模型.建模成功后,治疗组给予依达拉奉腹腔注射2周,正常对照组给予同剂量生理盐水.观察3组小鼠行为学的变化,并用免疫组织化学法检测黑质TH、Caspase-3的表达.结果 与治疗组比较,模型组小鼠爬杆时间明显延长,黑质TH阳性神经元数量显著降低,Caspase-3的表达显著增高.结论 依达拉奉治疗可使PD小鼠运动能力增强,黑质TH阳性神经元数量增加,并降低Caspase-3的表达,有明显的神经保护作用.
