| 摘 要： | 目的比较连翘叶提取物和连翘果提取物的指纹图谱,找出其共性和差异,为连翘果的质量控制和连翘叶的合理应用提供依据。方法分别采用薄层色谱和高效液相色谱指纹图谱进行比较,样品提取方法和色谱条件均参照2010年版《中国药典》"连翘提取物"项下规定的条件。结果连翘叶与连翘果薄层色谱、高效液相色谱指纹图谱整体上均较相似,但叶和果中连翘酯苷A、连翘苷、连翘酯素3种成分的相对含量相差较大。结论连翘叶和连翘果实中所含化学成分种类较相似,但一些成分相对含量比值相差较大,连翘叶不可与连翘果混用。
