腹膜后行腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤肾囊肿手术19例

目的 探讨腹膜后腹腔镜手术在肾上腺肿瘤、肾囊肿的应用.方法 经腹膜后腹腔镜对9例肾上腺肿瘤切除术,对10例肾囊肿去顶术观察随访.结果 19例腹膜后腹腔镜手术均获成功,无明显并发症发生.结论 腹腔镜对泌尿系疾病手术,具有微创安全有效、直接、手术时间短等优点,是肾上腺肿瘤、肾囊肿手术首选的方法.

Posterior retroperitoneoscopic operation for adrenal tumor and renal cyst:a report of 19 cases

Objective To investigate the use of posterior retroperitoneoscopic operation for adrenal tumor and renal cyst. Methods 9 cases following posterior retroperitoneoscopic adrenal tumorectomy, and 10 cases following unroofing of cyst of kidney were followed-up. Results The posterior retroperitoneoscopic operations were successful for all cases in this study, and there were no obvious complications. Conclusion Retroperitoneoscopic operation is the preferred method for drenal tumor and renal cyst which is direct and effective,makes the operation for urologic diseases quicker and safer.
