| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨 3种方案用于尖锐湿疣的经济效果。方法 :选择 2 2 4例尖锐湿疣患者 ,随机分为 3组 ,A组 :CO2 激光治疗 ;B组 :CO2 激光治疗加注射干扰素 ;C组 :CO2 激光治疗加外用戊二醛 ;运用成本 效果分析法进行评价。结果 :CO2 激光治疗外用戊二醛是 3种治疗尖锐湿疣方案的最佳方案。结论 :成本 效果分析在优化治疗方案 ,指导合理用药 ,提高经济效益方面具有重要作用。

| Abstract: | AIM: To evaluate the economic effectiveness of 3 therapeutic schemes for patients with condyloma acuminatum (CA). METHODS: Two hundred and twenty four patients with CA were randomly divided into 3 groups: A, B and C. They received different therapeutic schemes; A: carbon dioxide (CO 2) laser therapy, B: CO 2 laser therapy and injection of interferon alpha 2 b, C: CO 2 laser therapy and external uses of glutaric dialdehyde. Data was evaluated using the pharmacoeconomic cost effectiveness analysis. RESULTS: According to the evaluation with cost effectiveness analysis, C was the best scheme. CONCLUSION: The cost effectiveness analysis is very important in optimizing therapeutic scheme, guiding rational drug use and increasing economic effectiveness. |
