| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨介入溶栓的可行性。方法：对5例四肢静脉急性血栓采用两端会师法及中间穿刺抽吸法进行治疗。结果：经深静脉造影检查示：深静脉通畅，患肢疼痛、水肿消失。结论：本法可降低血栓脱落的危险，保证顺行溶栓时局部药物浓度，并可将细碎血栓抽出，加快溶栓速度。

| Abstract: | Objective:To probe into the feasibility of dissolving thrombi by intervention.Method: Five cases with the acute thrombi in four limbs were treated by making a pincer attack,puncturing in between,and drawing out therapy.Result:The deep vena Simulacrum showed that the pain and the dropsy in the limbs dlisappseared.Conclusion:This therapy can not only reduce the risk of thrombi falling off,ensure the partial medicinal thicknoss while dissolving the thrombi in the same direction as obey but also draw out the scrapy thrombi and quicken the speed of dissolving thrombi.; |
