| 摘 要： | 目的采用高效液相色谱（HPLC）法测定利水通淋软胶囊中没食子酸的含量。方法色谱柱为Phenomenex C18柱（150mm×4．6mm，5μm），流动相为水-N，N-二甲基甲酰胺-甲醇（85：13：2，用冰醋酸调pH至3．5），检测波长272nm。结果没食子酸进样量在0．22～1．02μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系，r=0．9999（n=5），平均回收率为97．36％，RSD=0．30％（n=6）。结论所用方法准确、快捷，可用于利水通淋软胶囊中没食子酸的含量测定。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a HPLC method for the quantitative determination of gallic acid in Lishuitonglin Soft Capsule. Methods The Phenomenex C18 column （ 150 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm） was used as the chromatographic column ; H2O - HCON （CH3） 2 - CH3OH （85 ： 13 ： 2, adjusting pH 3.5 by glacial acetic acid）was used as the mobile phase; the detection wavelength was 272 nm. Results Gallic acid showed the good linear relationship when the amounts were between 0. 22- 1.02 μg（ r =0. 9999）, the average recovery rate was 97.36%, RSD =0. 30% （n = 6）. Conclusion This HPLC method is simple and accurate, which can be used to control the quality of Lishuitonglin Soft Capsule. |
