| Abstract: | This report presents a case of sequential failure of nonrestored implants that were osseointegrated and submerged for 3 years. The suspected causes of failure were investigated and analyzed. These included anatomic, physiologic, traumatic, and pathogenic factors. The findings of this report compliment other literature and contribute to the comprehensive classification of implant failure based on osseointegration criteria. |
