41例妊娠合并心脏病临床分析

目的探讨和分析妊娠合并心脏病对母儿的影响及其临床治疗方法。方法对我院41例妊娠合并心脏病患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果心功能Ⅰ～Ⅱ级患者26例（63.4%）,平均孕周（38.82±1.26）周。心功能Ⅲ～Ⅳ级15例（37.6%）,平均孕周（34.34±2.71）周。心功能Ⅲ～Ⅳ级患者与心功能Ⅰ～Ⅱ级患者比较,孕周、早产率、剖宫产率及围产儿死亡率差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论妊娠合并心脏病患者何时分娩、选择何种方式妊娠分娩主要依赖于患者的心功能状态和产科情况。

Clinical analysis of 41 cases of pregnancy complicated with heart disease in our hospital

Objective To explore and analyze the influence of pregnancy complicated with heart disease on maternal and child,and discuss the clinical treatment.Methods Clinical data of 41 pregnant women with heart disease in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Results There were 26 patients （63.4%） with cardiac function Ⅰ～Ⅱ grade and 15 cases （37.6%） with cardiac function Ⅲ～Ⅳ grade.Compared the factors of gestational age,prematurity rate,cesarean section rate and perinatal mortality rates between two group patients with cardiac function Ⅰ～Ⅱ grade and Ⅲ～Ⅳ grade,the difference were significant （P0.05）.Conclusion Both pregnancy complicated with heart disease should be continue or not,and choice of childbirth method depend on the status of patient′s cardiac functional and obstetric conditions.
