乌司他丁联合小剂量地塞米松治疗严重肺挫伤

目的:探讨乌司他丁(UTI)联合小剂量地塞米松(DXM)治疗严重肺挫伤的疗效和安全性。方法:将42例严重肺挫伤患者随机分为乌司他丁联合小剂量地塞米松治疗组(U D组)和对照治疗组,比较两组患者治疗前后呼吸频率、氧合指数、PaCO_2、胸片变化以及预后情况。结果:两组患者治疗后呼吸频率、氧合指数、PaCO_2、胸片变化均比治疗前有显著改善(P<0.05),但是两组患者之间变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组患者预后情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:乌司他丁联合小剂量地塞米松对严重肺挫伤患者有治疗作用,其效果与大剂量地塞米松相同但不良反应较少。

Application of Ulinastatin Combined with Low-dose Glucocorticoid in Treating Severe Pulmonary Contusion

Objective:To investigate the effect of ulinastatin(UTI)combined with low-dose Dexamethasone(DXM)in treating severe pulmonary contusion.Methods:Forty-two patients with severe pulmonary contusion in Zhumadian Central Hospital were enrolled.The all patients were randomly divi-ded into UTI combined with low-dose DXM group(U D group,n=21)and con- trol group(n=21).The respiratory frequency(RR),oxygenation index(OI),PaCO_2,change of chest X-ray and prognosis were compared between the two groups.Results:The respireatory frequency(RR),oxygenation index(OI),PaCO_2,the change of chest x-ray and prongosis were significant differences in two groups between pre-and post- treatment(P<0.05).But there were no significant differences in pre-and post-treatment between the two group(P>0.05).Conclusion:UTI combined with low-dose DXM shows obvious therapeutical effects in the patients with severe pulmonary contusion,and it has the same effects but less adverse side effect compare-d with large-dose DXM.
