| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨糖尿病病人交感皮肤反应（SSR）的变化。方法：测定50例脑梗死及50例脑梗死合并糖尿病患者手足心四个部位的SSR。结果：脑梗死合并糖尿病患者的SSR潜伏期四肢均较无糖尿病组明显延长。与对照组比较，上肢SSR波幅差异有显著意义，但是下肢SSR的波幅无统计学意义。下肢的SSR的异常率显著高于上肢。结论：SSR对糖尿病神经病变的早期诊断是一种敏感的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the sympathetic skin response(SSR) in patinents with diabetics mellitus.Methods: In 50 patients with cerebral infarction and 50 patients with cerebral infarction combined with diabetics mellitus,the SSR in four regions of hands,feet and heart were detected.Results:The latency of SSR in limbs in patients with cerebral infarction combined with diabetics mellitus was prolonged than patients with cerebral infarction.Compared with controls,latency of SSR showed statistical difference in uppe... |
