| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨二磷酸果糖(FDP)联合沐舒坦治疗新生儿破伤风并发肺炎的效果。方法:对98例新生儿破伤风并发肺炎的患儿随机分为治疗组50例,对照组48例,对照组采用常规治疗方案,治疗组在常规治疗方法的基础上加用FDP250mg.kg-1.次-1,30min内静脉滴入,每日2次,连用7~10d;沐舒坦针7.5~10mg/次,加入10%葡萄糖溶液20~30ml静脉滴注,2次/d,连用10~15d,观察疗效。结果:治疗组呼吸暂停次数、痉挛性窒息次数、心肺复苏次数、惊厥发作次数、病死率比常规治疗组明显减少,肺部罗音消失时间明显缩短(P<0.01)。结论:FDP联合沐舒坦治疗新生儿破伤风并发肺炎有较好的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effect of fructose diphosphate(FDP) with ambroxol for treatment of neonatal tetanus complicated with pneumonia.Methods:98 cases newborns with tetanus complicated with pneumonia were divided into treatment group(50 cases) and control group(48 cases).Regular treatment was given to control group.While treatment group was added with FDP and amboxol.Their clinic effect was observed.Results:The times of apnea,apastic asphyxia,cardiopulmonary resuscitation and seizure and the mortality in treatment group were significantly lower than that in control group.The time of the disapperance of rale in treatment group was shorter than that in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:FDP and ambroxol are effective for the treatment of neonatal tetanus complicated with pneumonia. |
