| 摘 要： | 目的:为医疗机构建立并完善药品不良反应监测与报告体系提供借鉴。方法:解析我院药品不良反应监测与报告体系的结构与流程、各组成部分的作用以及确保其正常运行的措施。结果:通过建立并完善药品不良反应监测与报告体系,促进了医院相关工作的进步。结论:医疗机构完善药品不良反应监测与报告体系对保证合理用药意义重大。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To introduce the practice and experience of Renji Hospital in establishing and improving adverse drug reaction(ADR) monitoring and reporting system,as a reference for medical institutions in China.METHODS:An analysis was conducted on the structure and work flow of the ADR monitoring and reporting system in Renji Hospital,the functions of its respective components and the measures taken to ensure their smooth operation.RESULTS:ADR monitoring work of our hospital has been enhanced through establishing and improving ADR monitoring and reporting system.CONCLUSION:Improving ADR monitoring and reporting system in medical institutions can contribute greatly to ensuring rational use of drugs. |
