摘    要:目的:通过对人脑出血周围组织神经微丝(NF)和胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)计数与计量观察,研究其病理发展过程。方法:用58例脑出血解剖标本,在血肿周围多方位自血肿壁向外连续取材1.0-2.0cm。采取免疫组化方法观察NF和GFAP的变化。结果:NF损伤程度在血肿周围、双侧皮层、双侧海马区随血肿形成时间延长而加重;GFAP染色强度随血肿形成时间延长而减弱。结论:血肿周围神经元和星形胶质细胞的细胞骨架损伤在脑出血后1周内进行性加重。

Abstract:Objective By. observing the amount of neurofilament protein(NF) and glial fibrillary acid protein (GFAP) around the hemotoma,to study the pathological coures.Methods Paraffin-embedded train tissues of 58 fatal cases of intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH) from the zone around the hematoma( 1. 0 - 2. 0cm) were used. We examined NF and GFAP by immunohistochemistry. Results The damage degree of NF was related with the age of the hematoma directing,and the intensity of GFAP was related with it inversely. Conclusion In the first week after ICH, the damage of cytoskeletons in neurons and astrocytes become more and more serious.
