| 摘 要： | 目的观察加味四逆散治疗肠易激综合征的临床疗效及对各证型的疗效差别。方法对58例肠易激综合征病人进行辨证分型后用加味四逆散加减进行治疗。结果治愈14例，显效32例，无效9例，总有效率84．5％。结论加味四逆散治疗肠易激综合征有较好的疗效，其中以肝郁脾虚型疗效较佳。

| Abstract: | Object To observe the clinical curative effect of treating irritable bowel syndrome with Jiawei Sini decoction and the difference in various syndromes of the disease.Method Treating the patients with Jiawei Sini decoction modified after syndrome differentiation.Results There were 14 healing,32 effectual and 9 inefficacious cases, with the total effective rate being 84.5%.Conclusion There was quite good effect in treating irritable bowel syndrome with Jiawei Sini decoction,particularly for that due to stagnation of liver-qi and deficiency of the spleen. |
