石斛合剂对高血糖动物模型作用的实验研究

摘    要:目的:观察石斛合剂的降血糖作用。 方法:实验选用昆明种雄性和雌性小鼠各40只。分别采用肾上腺素和四氧嘧啶建立高血糖小鼠模型,再予石斛合剂、格列苯脲(商品名:优降糖)、苯乙双胍(商品名:降糖灵)治疗并测血糖水平。 结果:在肾上腺素诱发的高血糖症小鼠中,该合剂能使禁食血糖(15.68±3.72)mmol/L]降低到(7.54±2.52)mmol/L,作用与格列苯脲比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);在四氧嘧啶诱发的高血糖症小鼠中,该合剂将禁食血糖(15.49±1.84)mmol/L]降低到(7.52±1.64)mmol/L,降糖作用显著优于苯乙双胍(P<0.05),且无格列苯脲导致低血糖的副作用。 结论:石斛合剂能显著降低2种造模动物的血糖水平(P<0.001),并使血糖降至正常水平。

Abstract:AIM:To study the effect of dendrobium compound(DC) in reducing blood glucose. METHODS:Adrenalin and alloxan were used to induce hyperglycemia in two animal models, and then treated them with DC to examine the blood glucose. RESULTS:In the adrenalin-induced model group,the effect of the compound made the blood glucose(15.68± 3.72) mmol/L] reduced to (7.54± 2.52) mmol/L,which had no difference from that of glybaride(P >0.05),while in alloxan-induced model group,the effect of the compound made the blood glucose(15.49± 1.84) mmol/L] reduced to(7.52± 1.64) mmol/L,which was obviously better than that of phenformin(P< 0.05),and in addition,without the side effect of hypoglycemia. CONCLUSION:The compound can obviously reduce the blood glucose in the two kinds of animal models(P< 0.001) and can bring the blood glucose to the normal level.
