浅析高等医学院校课程体系中的文化因素

在医学院校课程改革中 ,要注重文化知识的传播、文化素质的培养及人文精神的弘扬。其文化内涵应体现医学科学的文化源泉和文化基础 ,以引导医学模式的文化回归。要逐步建立人文医学核心课程 ,注重校园文化环境建设 ,积极开展文化实践活动 ,逐步开设医学文化专业课程。在课程建设中要寻求科学精神与人文精神的融合及医学文化课程间的多样性、多元性结合 ,采用现代教学手段 ,加强师资培训。

Analysis of cultural factors in curricular setting of medical institutions for higher learning

Dissemination of cultural knowledge,fostering of culture quality and spreading of humanity spirit are important factors in the reform of curricular system of medical institutions for higher learning. In particular the courses redesigned should represent the source and foundation of our culture,so as to lead a trend of culture enriched medical model. Gradually core courses of humanity medicine should be established,favorable campus environment be emphasized,culture focused students' social practices be initiated,together with the setting up of a specific course for medical culture. In conclusion,we should seek the integration of science spirit and humanity spirit,and the diversity of the interdisciplinary courses in the course of currirular development,at the meantime,modern teaching methods should be adopted and faculty training should be accentuated.
