高血压性脑出血患者血浆t-PA和PAI-1动态变化及临床意义

摘    要:目的 探讨高血压性脑出血 (HCH)患者血浆 t-PA和 PAI-1动态变化 ,寻找更有效的治疗方法。方法 采用发色底物法对 41例 HCH患者血浆 t-PA和 PAI-1活性动态监测 ,并与健康人相比较。结果  HCH患者发病第 1d,t-PA活性较健康人明显低 ,以后开始升高 ,第 10 d达高峰 ,达健康人水平 ,而后又呈降低倾向。至 2 1d时明显低于健康人 ;PAI-1活性与之大致相反。结论 HCH患者发病后血浆纤溶活性呈规律性变化 ,2周后其活性呈降低倾向 ,为促进血肿吸收 ,可考虑使用缓和的纤溶激活剂

Abstract:Objective To study the regularity of fluctuation of tPA and PAI1 in patients with HCH in pursuit of better treatment methods. Methods Activities of tPA and PAI1 were dynamically determined by chromgenic substrate in 41 patients with HCH, who were contrasted with normal individuals. Results In HCH group, the level of tPA was the lowest on the 1st day, and was increased gradually until reaching the top on the 10th day. After that, it tended to decrease gradually till the 21st day. The changing tendency of the level of PAI1 was just on the contrary. Conclusion The plasma fibrinolytic activity of HCH changes regularly and tends to decrease gradually after 2 weeks. It is advisable to use releasing fibrinokinase in order to absorb hemotoma.
