皮神经营养血管蒂岛状皮瓣的动物实验研究

摘    要:目的:建立皮神经营养血管蒂岛状皮瓣动物实验模型,探讨蒂部不同结构对皮瓣血供的影响。方法:各取新西兰大白兔5只,分别进行活体及灌注解剖确定皮瓣模型,另采用24只根据不同蒂部组织切断类型分为4组,每组6只12测,1组为皮神经营养血管皮瓣组;2组为皮神经内血管供养组;3组为皮神经外血管供养组;4组为对照组。结果:兔股内侧皮神经及营养血管起源于股神经及股动静脉,走行于大腿内侧中段,沿途发出3--6个皮支供养大腿后内侧区皮肤。分组实验皮瓣成活情况以1组最佳,2、3组次之,4组最差。结论:兔股内侧皮神经营养血管皮辫是一种可靠的动物实验模型,其血供由皮神经内血管及皮神经外血管丛共同提供,且后者更重要。

Abstract:objective To develop a new experimental animal model of neurocutaneous island flap and to investigate its blood supply with different pedicle dissections.Methods Alive and injected with glue specimens were studied in each of 5 rabbits, to establish a neurocutaneous island flap model;24 rabbits were divided in to 4 groups with 6 rabbits 12 flaps each, group 1: the neurocutaneous flap model; group 2: the intraneural vascular plexus circulation pattern; group3: the extraneural vascular plexus circulation pattern ;group4: the control group. Results The cutaneous nerve and their colateral vessels in the internal femorus of rabbit originated from the femoral nerve and vesseb.it pass along the midine and internal side of the thigh with its3 - 6 terminal branches and innervated the posterointernal area of the thigh skin. According to the area of survival akin, group 1 had an excellent results; group 2 and group 3 were the second; group 4 was the last. Conclusions The intemalfemoral neurocutaneous vascular flap in the rabbit is a reliable experimental model, it is commonly supplied by both the intraneural and extraneural vascular plexus with the latter is more important.
