| 摘 要： | 目的总结近5年剖宫产率及剖宫产指征的变化。方法回顾性分析我院近5年来剖宫产孕妇的临床资料。结果（1）剖宫产率逐年升高；（2）2005～2006年，剖宫产指征以难产占第一位，而2008～2009年以社会因素占第一位、第二位。结论严格掌握剖宫产指征，尽量减少因社会因素而行剖宫产术。

| Abstract: | Objective To summanize the 5-year changes in the cesarean rate and its indications. Methods We made a retrospective analysis of our hospital clinical data of cesarean women in the recent five years. Results The cesarean rate increased year by year. Dystocia was the first in the indications for cesarean from 2005 to 2006 and the social factors accounted for the first and second in the indications for cesarean. Conclusion We should strictly control indications for cesarean to minimize the social factors for cesarean. |
