美宝创疡贴在拔甲术后创面换药中的疗效观察

目的观察、探讨美宝创疡贴在拔甲术后创面换药中的临床疗效。方法将80例拔甲术后患者分为试验组和对照组,每组40例,实验组患者拔甲术后创面采用美宝创疡贴治疗,每日换药1次;对照组患者拔甲术后创面采用凡士林纱布治疗,每2~3 d换药1次,对比观察、记录第1次换药时患者的VAS疼痛评分及术后创面愈合时间。结果试验组患者的VAS疼痛评分平均为2.63±0.67,明显低于对照组患者的5.64±0.78,差异具有统计学意义(P0.01);试验组患者的创面平均愈合时间为(9.20±1.10)d,明显低于对照组患者的(12.30±1.40)d,差异具有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论美宝创疡贴用于拔甲术后创面能明显减轻患者疼痛,缩短创面愈合时间,值得临床推广应用。

Therapeutic Efficacy Observation of MEBO Wound & Ulcer Dressing in the Wound Dressing Change Following Nail Extraction

Objective To observe and explore the clinical efficacy of MEBO Wound & Ulcer Dressing in the wound dressing change after the nail extraction surgery. Methods Eighty patients undergone mail extraction were randomly divided into 2 groups: an experimental group (n=40) and a control group (n=40). MEBO Wound & Ulcer Dressing was used for wound dressing change in the experimental group and the dressing was changed once per day; while Vaseline was used in the control group and was changed once every 2-3days. Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) scores for pain during the first time dressing change and wound healing time of the two groups were observed, recorded and compared. Results The mean VAS score in the experimental group was 2.63±0.67, being significantly lower than that in the control group (VAS: 5.64±0.78) (P<0.01). The mean wound healing time in the experimental group was (9.2±1.10) d, also being significantly lower than that in the control group ((12.30±1.40) d ), (P<0.01). Conclusion MEBO Wound & Ulcer Dressing can effectively relieve the wound pain and shorten the wound healing time of patients after nail extraction surgery, deserving to be promoted in clinical practice.
