| 摘 要： | 目的探讨瞬态诱发性耳声发射对新生儿进行听力筛查的最佳时间。方法用瞬态诱发性耳声发射仪对1 329名新生儿出生后24、48、72、96 h跟踪听力筛查。结果出生后24、48、72、96 h听力筛查通过率分别为59.8%、88.1%、95.1%、95.4%。结论用瞬态诱发性耳声发射仪进行新生儿听力筛查的最佳时间为生后72 h。

| Abstract: | Aim To search for the optimal time for hearing screening for newborns with transiently evoked otoacoustic emission.Method A total of 1 329 cases of newborns were conducted continuous hearing screening 24,48,72,96 h after birth respectively.Results Hearing screening pass rate of neonates 24,48,72 and 96 h after birth accounted for 59.8%,88.1%,95.1%,95.4% respectively.Conclusion The best time to perform hearing screening for newborns with transiently evoked otoacoustic emission was at 72 h after birth. |
