艾素联合奥沙利铂治疗晚期结直肠癌的临床研究

为了观察艾素（多西他赛,DOC）联合奥沙利铂（L-OHP）治疗晚期结直肠癌的疗效和毒副反应,对34例晚期结直肠癌患者采用DOC联合L-OHP方案化疗,DOC75mg/m^2,静脉滴入,d1;L-OHP130mg/m^2,静脉滴入,d2;28d为1个周期,至少2个周期后评定疗效。结果示34例可评价疗效,其中完全缓解（CR）1例,部分缓解（PR）12例,总有效率（CR＋PR）为38.2%。中位生存期12个月。毒副反应主要为骨髓抑制、周围神经炎和脱发。初步研究结果提示,DOC联合L-OHP方案治疗晚期结直肠癌,缓解率高,毒副反应可以耐受。

Combination of docetaxel and oxaliplatin in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer

In order to evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of docetaxel(DOC)combined with oxaliplatin(L-OHP)in the treatment of patients with advanced colorectal cancer,thirty-four cases with advanced colorectal cancern were treated by DOC combined with L-OHP:DOC 75mg/m2,iv gtt,at Day l;L-OHP 130 mg/m2,iv gtt,at Day 2.Each cycle included 28 days.After continuous two cycles,27 out of 34 cases could be evaluated,1 obtained complete response(CR)and 12 partial re-sponse(PR)with a total response rate of 38.2%.The median survival duration was 12 months.The major toxicities were myelosuppression,peripheral neuritis and alopecia.In conclusion,the regimen of DOC combined with L-OHP in the treatment of patients with advanced colorectal cancer produces high response rate and its toxicity is well tolerable.
