单次急性运动对2型糖尿病的影响

目的 评价单次急性运动对2型糖尿病治疗的即刻影响。方法 入选2型糖尿病患者32人，在保持原治疗方案及饮食不变的情况下，单次运动前后测定血糖、胰岛素、血压、尿微量白蛋白并作比较。结果 单次急性运动后能有效地降低空腹及餐后2h血糖， 对胰岛素无影响，对尿微量白蛋白产生一定性增加，但均在正常范围内，运动后90min恢复正常。结论 急性运动能显著的降低2型糖尿病的血糖水平。

Immediate Effect of Single Exercise on Type 2 Diabetic Patients

Objective To study immediate effects of single exercise on type 2 diabetic mellitus(DM) patients.Methods 32 hospitalized patients with type 2 DM were subjected to single exercise during their treatments. Fasting plasma glucose, insulin, blood pressure and microalbuminuria were determined before and after exercise. Results There were significant decreases in levels of fasting plasma glucose ( P< 0.001), 2hr plasma glucose ( P< 0.01), blood pressure ( P< 0.05) and a significant increase in microalbuminuria level ( P< 0.01) after exercise. But the level of microalbuminuria was in normal range. There was no significant change in blood insulin ( P >0.05) after exercise.Conclusion Single exercise may lower blood glucose and blood pressure within a period of 90 minutes in type 2 diabetic patients.
