准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术后的角膜改变和功能视力

目的：研究准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术（laser in situ keratomileusis,LASIK)后的角膜改变和功能视力。方法：对LASIK术后单眼或双眼具有眩光主诉的101人（202只眼）进行失能眩光的检测和角膜地形图的分析。结果：LASIK术后，失能眩光见于不同类型的角膜地形图表现的患者；最佳矫正视力与角膜地形图的类型无关。在均匀型角膜地形图的患者中，其失能眩光的出现与角膜切削中心的偏心程度及瞳孔的大小和切削区的匹配性等有一定的关系。结论：LASIK术后，角膜表面的不规则、角膜中央扁平形切削、偏心切削及瞳孔的大小与切削区的匹配性等是引起功能视力改变的主要原因。

Corneal changes and functional vision after laser in situ keratomileusis

Objective:To investigate the corneal changes and functional vision after laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK).Methods:Disability glare testing and corneal topographic analysis were performed on 101 myopic patients (202 eyes) with monocular or binocular glare.Results:After LASIK,disability glare occurred in all kinds of topography pattern which had no relation to the best corrected vision.Disability glare had relation to the amount of corneal decentration,size of the pupil and ablated zone in the homogeneous topography.Conclusion:Corneal microsurface irregularities,Seidel aberrations,decentration,the size of pupil and ablated zone are the predominant factors in the functional vision decrease after LASIK.
