| 摘 要： | 目的探讨疝环填充式无张力修补术(PMTFHR)治疗嵌顿性腹股沟斜疝的疗效和操作要点。方法回顾分析我院2001年6月~2005年6月行PMTFHR治疗嵌顿性腹股沟斜疝35例患者的临床资料,总结其手术适应证及操作要点。结果本组随访6~36个月无手术死亡、无伤口感染、无复发。结论PMTFHR是治疗嵌顿性腹股沟斜疝安全可靠的术式。只要嵌顿内容物无脓肿形成、坏死肠管未破裂同样适用,此法避免了患者第2次手术。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the curative effects and operation key of plug-mesh tension-free hernia repair(PMTFHR) in the treatment of incarcerated inguinal oblique hernia. Methods The clinical data of 35 cases with incarcerated inguinal oblique hernia treated by PMTFHR were analyzed retrospectively. The follow-up was 3 to 36 months. Results There was no wound infection, recurrence or death case was detected. Conclusions PMTFHR is one of safe and dependable operations for incarcerated inguinal oblique hernia. PMTFHR also can be applied to the case whose embedded content is not formed abscess or necrosis intestines not broken and avoid the secondary operation. |
