| 摘 要： | ①目的 探讨缺血性脑血管病 (ICVD)病人的发病与可溶性白细胞介素 2受体 (sIL 2R)水平的关系。②方法 采用ELISA法对 6 9例ICVD病人及 4 3例正常对照者血浆sIL 2R水平进行检测。③结果 ICVD病人sIL 2R水平明显高于正常对照组 (t=6 .4 90 ,P <0 .0 1)。④结论 ICVD病人体内可能存在着一定的免疫异常。对ICVD病人免疫治疗可能有效。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship between the occurrence of ischemic cerebral vascular diseases(ICVD) and the level of serum soluble interleukin-2 receptors(sIL-2R) in patients with ICVD. Methods The level of serum sIL-2R in 69 patients with ICVD and 43 cases of normal control was assayed with ELESA. Results The level of serum sIL-2R in the ICVD patients was significantly higher than that in the normal controls (t=6.490, P<0.01). Conclusion The pathogenesis of ICVD might be associated with immunity. An immunotherapy might be effective for patients with ICVD. |
