| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨应用普通丝线和Ultracision G220型超声刀,不用钛夹,在腹腔内结扎胆囊管和胆囊动脉行腹腔镜胆囊切除术（laparoscopic cholecystectomy,LC）的中转原因。方法：回顾分析我院2006年1月至2007年9月913例患者行无钛夹LC的临床资料。结果：913例患者中14例中转开腹,中转率1.6%。结论：术中轻柔操作,辨明胆囊三角区结构,必要时及时中转开腹是避免LC严重并发症的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To dissuss the causes of convertion to open cholecylectomy in laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC)using Ultracision and silk suture but without titanium clips.Methods:Analysis was performed in 913 patients from Jan.2006 to Sep.2007 who underwent LC without titanium clips in our hospital.Results:fourteen of 913 patients underwent conversion to open cholecystectomy.Conclusions:Familiarity with the anatomy of porta hepatis,careful handling of the Calot' s triangle and poroper conversion to laparotomy can effectively reduce incidence of severe complications of LC. |
