补阳还五汤对急性脊髓损伤大鼠神经功能康复作用的研究

摘    要:目的探讨补阳还五汤对大鼠急性脊髓损伤神经功能的康复作用。方法 60只健康雄性SD大鼠,随机分成补阳还五汤组(A组)、地塞米松组(B组)、模型对照组(C组),每组20只,实验动物采用改良Allen’s打击法制备大鼠急性脊髓损伤模型,A组应用补阳还五汤进行干预;B组应用地塞未松干预;C组用生理盐水干预。观察各组造模术后不同时间点大鼠感觉、运动及脊髓神经功能BBB评分变化。结果急性脊髓损伤后,3组大鼠神经功能均有一定恢复,术后8 h、24 h、7 d及14 d,A、B组BBB评分显著增加,与C组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而术后7 d及14 d时,A组BBB评分改善较C组更为明显,二者比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补阳还五汤能有效促进急性脊髓损伤后大鼠神经功能早期康复。

Effect of Buyanghuanwu decotion on neural function in rats with acute spinal cord injury

Abstract:Objective To investigate the healing ruction of Buyanghuanwu decoction in rats with acute spinal cord injury. Methods Sixty male SD rats were randomly divided into treatment group ( Group A, n = 20), dexamethasone group ( Group B, n = 20) , and model group ( Group C, n =20). The rat model of acute spinal cord injury was made with modified Allen's method. Sensorimotor at different times and the changes of BBB score were observed after the treatment of Buyanghuanwu decoction. Results All rats in three groups had a certain restoration, after 8 hours, 24 hours, 7 days, and 14 days, BBB scores of Group A and B were markedly improved, the difference was statistically significant comparing with Group C ( P 〈 0.05 ). And after 7 and 14 days, BBB scores of Group A were improved much more, the difference was statistically significant comparing with Group B and C ( all P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Buyanghuanwu decotion can effectively promote the early recovery of neural function in rats with acute spinal cord injury.
