知信行护理模式在关节镜下前交叉韧带重建中的应用体会

摘    要:目的:探讨关节镜下前交叉韧带重建围手术期护理模式。方法:对43例关节镜下行前交叉韧带重建患者围手术期采用知信行护理模式的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:43例患者能积极主动坚持正确的康复训练,均临床治愈,满意率和依从性均为100%。术前Lysholm平均(45.3±16.1)分,术后6个月Lysholm评分平均(82.1±9.7)分,经检验P<0.001;Tegner分级术前平均(1.7±0.6)级;术后6个月Tegner分级平均为(3.6±1.7)级,经检验P<0.05。本组12个月术后Lysholm评分优良率为88.4%(38/43)。结论:知信行护理模式在关节镜下前交叉韧带重建围手术期对膝关节的功能恢复有重要的意义。

Abstract:Objective:To study the Arthroscopic reconstruction of the anterior cruciate ligament during operation period nursing mode.Methods:In 43 patients with arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction in patients with pre-operation period the KAP nursing model were retrospectively reviewed with the clinical data analysis.Results:43 patients actively took the initiative to adhere to the correct rehabilitation training,and they were clinically cured.Satisfaction and the compliance rate was 100%.Preoperative Lysholm average(45.3+16.1),6 months after Lysholm scoring average(82.1 +9.7) points,upon examination,t=6.8670,P<0.001;Tegner grading preoperative average of(1.7+0.6);6 months after Tegner grade average of(3.6+1.7) level,upon examination,t=2.2033,P<0.05.This group of 12 months postoperative Lysholm score the excellent and good rate was 88.4%(38 /43).Conclusion:KAP nursing mode in arthroscopic reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament during operation period on the knee joint function recovery has important significance.
