射频消融联合鼻中隔偏曲矫正术治疗慢性变应性鼻炎疗效分析

目的观察射频消融联合鼻中隔偏曲矫正术治疗慢性变应性鼻炎(AR)伴鼻中隔偏曲的临床疗效。方法将80例AR伴鼻中隔偏曲患者,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组给予药物治疗。试验组在鼻内镜下行低温等离子射频消融联合鼻中隔偏曲矫正术。随访1年。结果两组治疗前症状评分比较无显著性差异;治疗后3个月、6个月、12个月时,两组症状评分比较,试验组明显低于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。试验组显效23例(57.5%),总有效35例(87.5%);对照组显效11例(27.5%),总有效26例(65.0%)。两组间显效率及总有效率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻内镜下低温等离子射频消融联合鼻中隔偏曲矫正术对于伴鼻中隔偏曲的AR疗效显著,无明显并发症,有较好的临床应用价值。

Study on effectiveness of nasal endoscopic surgery and radiofrequency tissue ablation in treatment of chronic allergic rhinitis associated with deviated nasal septum.

Objective To explore the effectiveness of nasal endoscopic surgery and radiofrequency tissue ablation in treatment of chronic allergic rhinitis associated with deviated nasal septum.. Methods Altogether 80 cases were divided into 2 groups, with 40 cases in each group. Patients in trial group were treated with combination treatment of diorthosis under nasal septum mucous membrane and ion radio frequency ablation, while patients in control group were treated by drugs, they were followed up for 1 year. Results There was no difference between these two groups on symptom scores before treatment; but there was significantly difference on symptom scores after treatment for 3, 6 and 12 months. In trial group, 23 eases were significantly effective （57.5%）, with a total effective rate of 87.50%, while in control group, 11 cases were significantly effective （27.5%） , with a total effective rate of 65.0%. There was significantly difference between these two groups in significantly effective rate and total effective rate （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Radiofrequency tissue ablation combined with surgery in treatment of allergic rhinitis associated with deviated nasal septum has good effect and less complications.
