| 摘 要： | 目的研究Ｐ１６和Ｐ５３在视网膜母细胞瘤的表达。方法对３６例视网膜母细胞瘤标本采用免疫组织化学方法观察Ｐ１６和Ｐ５３表达水平。结果３６例标本中Ｐ１６和Ｐ５３阳性检测率分别是４７．２％和６６．６％，Ｐ１６和Ｐ５３阳性表达率在肿瘤的分化程度方面，差异有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论Ｐ１６和Ｐ５３在视网膜母细胞瘤的产生和发展过程中起重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To ivestigate the correlation of P16 and P53 in retinoblastoma. Methods Immunohistochemical staining was used to determine the expression of P16 and P53 in 36 cases of retinoblastoma.Results The positive expression rates of P16 and P53 in retinobastoma were 47.2% and 66.6%.There was a significant difference in the expression of the both tumor supressor genes in retinobalstoma of different histopathological grades (P<0.05).Conclusion It is concluded that the expression of P16 and P53 play an important role in the genesis and progression of retinoblastoma |
