摘    要:目的观察救心胶囊对缺氧损伤后内皮细胞抗氧化损伤能力的影响,以探讨该复方保护内皮细胞和防治冠心病的作用机制。方法运用内皮细胞(Endothelium Cells,EC)培养技术,建立缺氧损伤模型,并以两种不同的给药方式-无菌中药提取液和载药血清进行分组培养,并观察内皮细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化。结果内皮细胞缺氧损伤后,其SOD活性显著降低,MDA含量明显升高,而中药处理后能有效抑制上述改变。结论救心胶囊能增强细胞的抗氧化损伤能力,具有良好的保护内皮细胞的作用。

Abstract:Objective To explore the mechanism of Jiuxin capsule in protecting endothelial cell and preventing or treating the coronary heart disease(CHD)by observing the effect on the ability of anti-oxidation injury in endothelial cell.Methods Cell injury model was established by hypoxia with endothelial cell culture technique,and drugs were added through two different methods-sterilized pure extract and serum containing Jiuxin capsule.The changes of superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)were analyzed.Results The activity of SOD was decreased significantly,while the content of MDA was increased markedly after being injured by hypoxia.Jiuxin capsule could significantly inhibit this changes compared with the injury group.Conclusion Jinxin capsule can protect endothelial cell and enhance the ability of endothelial cell against oxidation injury.
