摘    要:目的研究鹿蹄草科植物鹿蹄草(Pyrola calliantha H.Andres)的化学成分。方法采用多种色谱技术对鹿蹄草水提取物进行分离纯化,经理化数据和光谱数据分析鉴定其结构。结果从鹿蹄草中分离到7个化合物,分别鉴定为高熊果酚苷(1),4-hydroxy-2-(E)-4-hydroxy-3-methyl-2-butenyl]-5-methylphenyl β-D-glucopyranoside(2),草夹竹桃苷(3),pisumionoside(4),反式-9,10-十八碳烯酰胺(5),棕榈酸(6),棕榈酰基葡萄糖苷(7)。结论化合物(2)为该植物中首次分离得到,化合物(4)~(7)为该属中首次分离得到。

Abstract:Aim To investigate the chemical constituents ofPyrola calliantha H. Andres. Methods Multi-chromatographic methods were used for isolation and purification. The compounds were elucidated on the basis of chemical evidence and spectroscopic data analysis. Results Seven compounds were isolated from Pyrola calliantha H. Andres and identified as homoarbutin ( 1 ), 4-hydroxy-2- ( E ) -4-hydroxy-3-methyl-2-butenyl ] -5-methylphenylfl - D-glucopyranoside (2), androsin (3), pisumionoside (4), Cis-9, 10-Oetadeeenoamide (5), palmitie acid (6), palmityl-1-O-β-glucoside (7). Conclusion Compound 2 was isolated from the herb for the first time. The comoounds (4) , (7) were isolated from the genus for the first time.
