| 摘 要： | 目的：了解视盘血管襻的临床特征。方法：回顾分析我院自开展荧光素眼底血管造影以来的诊断为视盘血管襻的14例(16眼)临床资料。结果：视盘血管襻的分布62．5％于视盘上方；动脉襻占10眼，静脉襻6眼；合并玻璃体积血8眼；视力在0．5以下占78．5％。结论：视盘血管襻动脉居多，多于视盘上方，影响视力的主要原因为其合并症。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristics of prepapillary vascular loops. Methods:The images of the funds fluorescein angiorgraphy (FFA) of 14 cases(16 eyes) with prepapillary vascular loops were analyzed. Results:Among 14 cases(16 eyes) of vascular loops,62 5% of prepapillary vascular loops were superior to the optic disc.10 eyes were arterial,6 eyes were venous,8 eyes were combined with vitreous hemorrhage.78 5% of visual acuity were less than 0 5. Conclusions:Most of the prepallary vascular loops are arterial and superior to the optic disc.Complication is the main cause for the damage of visual acuity. |
