遂昌县白马山生态景区居民血脂异常及其影响因素调查

目的了解浙江省遂昌县白马山生态景区成年居民血脂分布状况及其影响因素。方法采用整群抽样调查方法调查遂昌县农村居民2036人,测定人群的血压、身高、体重、体重指数(BMI)、血脂及载脂蛋白(apo)。以Lo-gistic回归筛选血脂异常危险因素。结果人群中高甘油三酯(TG)比例为19.30%(394/2036),高总胆固醇(TC)为8.15%(166/2036),低高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)为6.93%(141/2036)、高低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)为7.96%(162/2036)。Logistic回归结果表明调查人群血脂异常(高TC和或高TG)患病率与年龄、BMI、血压、血糖、饮酒情况、肉食为主习惯呈正相关(P<0.05),与饮茶呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论调查人群的血脂异常危险因素为年龄、BMI高、高血压、高血糖、饮酒、肉食为主,而饮茶为保护因素。

Dyslipidemia and Associated Risk Factors Among Residents in the Baimashan Ecological Area of Suichang

Objective To understand the status of dyslipidemia and its influencing factors among adult residents of the Baimashan Ecological Area of Suichang,Zhejiang.Methods The blood pressure,height,weight,body mass index(BMI),blood lipid levels and apolipoprotein(Apo) of 2036 rural residents in Suichang,who were recruited by cluster sample survey,were measured.Results The prevalence rates of dyslipidemia among subjects with high triglyceride(TG) levels,high total cholesterol(TC)levels,low high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) and high low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) were 19.30%(394/2036),8.15%(166/2036),6.93%(141/2036),7.96%(162/2036),respectively.The dyslipidemia(high TC and high TG) prevalence rate was positively correlated with age,BMI, blood pressure,blood glucose,alcohol and meat consumption(P<0.05),but was negatively correlated with tea consumption(P<0.05).Conclusions Dyslipidemia risk factors include age,BMI,hypertension,high blood glucose,alcohol consumption,meat consumption,while tea consumption is a protective factor.
