两孔法腹腔镜精索静脉高位结扎56例

目的:总结两孔法腹腔镜下精索静脉高位结扎术的临床经验。方法:采用脐部和脐耻连线中点两孔法腹腔镜下精索静脉高位结扎术治疗精索静脉曲张患者56例,其中单侧曲张49例,双侧曲张7例。结果:56例均获成功,无并发症,无复发,33例精液不正常患者均有不同程度的改善。平均手术时间20分钟,平均住院时间3.5天。结论:两孔法腹腔镜精索静脉结扎术操作简单,结扎可靠,患者痛苦少,恢复快,是治疗精索静脉曲张的良好术式。

Treatment of varicocele by laparoscopy with two holes:Report of 56 cases

Objective:To summarize the clinical experience in the treatment of varicocele by laparoscopy with2holes.Methods:56cases of varicocele,including49cases on the left side and7cases on both sides,were treated by laparoscopy with two holes which were bored at navel and between the navel and pubis.Results:The operations of all the cases were success with no complication and no recurrence.33cases of abnormal semen had shown some improvement.The average duration of operation was20minutes,the average hospitalization was3.5days.Conclusion:This operative method is simple with the advantage of little injury and fast recovery,the ligation is reliable,and it can be the first choice of varicocele treatment.
