舒降之对颈动脉粥样硬化影响的超声评价

摘    要:目的:评价舒降之对颈动脉粥样硬化的影响,掌握动脉粥样硬化斑块产生、发展和消退的规律,寻找一种评价药物治疗动脉粥样硬化斑块效果的方法。方法:利用高频超声检查血管的方法,同时动态观察药物治疗组和对照组患者颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的变化情况。结果:舒降之治疗组治疗6个月后颈部动脉IMT开始出现明显变薄(P<0.05),2年后显著变薄(P<0.001)。两组颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的超声分型也在2年后发生了变化,治疗组斑块数量减少具有明显统计学意义(P<0.01),对照组粥样斑块数量稍有增加,无统计学意义。结论:超声检查能作为一种优良的观测手段,颈动脉可作为一个良好的体表窗口来监测体内动脉粥样硬化的进展状况。

Abstract:Objective:To assess the influence of simvastatin on carotid artery atherosclerosis,to master the rule of atherosclerotic plaque generating, developing and retrogressing, and to seek a method which can assess the effect of drugs treating atherosclerosis.Methods:The study population included 44 patients,22 of whom,as the treated group, were treated with simvastatin (dose:20mg/d) and the rest, as the control group,were given aspirin (dose:50mg/d) The changes of atherosclerotic plaques of the drug treated group and the control group were observed with high frequency ultrasound.Two-dimensional and color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) were performed.Results:The intima media thickness (IMT) of carotid artery began to become thinner significantly after having been given simvastatin in 6 months ( P <0 05 ) and 2 years ( P <0 01 ) The ultrasound types of carotid artery atherosclerotic plaques of the two groups have changed after 2 years The plaque number of the drug treated group was decreased significantly ( P <0 01 ).Conclusions:Ultrasound is a better observation method and the carotid artery is served as an excellent body surface window which can be used to monitor the developing stages of atherosclerosis.
