老年代谢综合征患病现状及特点

目的了解老年代谢综合征的患病现状及代谢综合征和超敏C反应蛋白（HS-CRP）的关系.方法于2004年8月至2004年12月对长期在我院卫干门诊就诊的患者,测定其血糖、HS-CRP、血脂、血压、身高和体重等.结果505例患者中发现代谢综合征123例,发生率为24.36%.其六旬组发现10例,发生率为12.50%,七旬组59例发生率为23.89%,高龄组54例发生率为30.33%,P＜0.01.代谢综合征和非代谢综合征检测HS-CRP浓度三组差异有统计学意义,P＜0.01.结论本次调查,该人群代谢综合征发生率较高,其主要原因与高脂血症、糖尿病、高血压及肥胖的高发率有关.代谢综合征是心血管疾病高危因素,严重影响老年人的身体健康.HS-CRP可作为代谢综合征的重要预测指标,通过检测HS-CRP水平,对易感人群进行早期干预,可能会有助于防治代谢综合征.

Status and Features of Metabolic Syndrome in the Elders

Objective To examine the status of elders who suffered from metabolic syndrome,and to study the relationship between metabolic syndrome and High-sensitivity C-reactive protein(HS-CRP). Methods Random-picked tests on blood sugar,blood fat,blood pressure,height and weight were carried out from August to December 2004 among elders Cadre Department in PUMC Hospital.The participants were classified as sixties group(aged in sixties),seventies group(aged in seventies)or advanced-age group(aged over eighty).(Results 123 out of) 505 participants(24.36%)had metabolic syndrome,and the incidence in sixties,seventies and those above eighties were 10(12.50%),59(23.89%)and 54(30.33%)respectively((P<0.01).)Correspondingly,there were significant differences in HS-CRP tests on both metabolic syndrome and non-metabolic syndrome among these three groups(P<0.01).(Conclusion The incidence) of the metabolic syndrome in elders is high in this series,which might be related to the high incidence of hyperlipoidemia,diabetes hypertension and obesity.Metabolic syndrome is a high risk factor to cardiovascular diseases,and has negative impact on the quality of life of the elders.HS-CRP test can be used to predict the metabolic syndrome.By testing HS-CRP level might be helpful in detecting the metabolic syndrome.
