5-FU联合激素治疗瘢痕疙瘩的疗效分析

目的观察5-氟尿嘧啶与糖皮质激素联合局部注射治疗瘢痕疙瘩的疗效及安全性。方法瘢痕疙瘩49例,51处病灶,平均病史9.7年,平均治疗时间为6个月。24例瘢痕疙瘩患者进行单纯5-氟尿嘧啶注射,以5-氟尿嘧啶(5-FU,2~4 mg/ml)瘢痕内注射,1次/2周。25例瘢痕疙瘩患者在接受上述治疗3~6次后辅以糖皮质激素注射治疗。结果在治疗6个月以上的患者中,5-氟尿嘧啶联合糖皮质激素治疗瘢痕疙瘩的总有效率为92.00%,其中完全缓解者占28.00%,极大缓解者占44.00%,部分缓解者占20.00%,未缓解者为8.00%。结论5-氟尿嘧啶与糖皮质激素联合局部注射治疗瘢痕疙瘩的疗效显著。

The therapy function of 5-Fu associate with steroid to keloid

Objective To monitor the therapeutic action and security of 5-FU associate with steroid injected to keloid.Methods Fifty-one keloid focuses of 49 patients have the average 9.7 years history and the average therapy period of 6 months.Among them,24 patients was treated merely with 5-FU injection to keloids(2-4 mg/ml,once/2 weeks).The other 25 patients are injected with steroid after they have received the above treatment for 3 to 6 times.Results The total therapy efficacy of 5-FU associate with steroid to keloid is 92%.Of them the complete remission percentage is 28%,the large remission percentage is 44%,part remission percentage is 20%,and the inefficacy percentage is 8%.Conclusion It is more effective that the combination therapy to keloid of 5-FU and steroid.
