| 摘 要： | 目的：建立解热抗炎Ⅰ号口服液中绿原酸定性与定量的方法。方法：用薄层层析法对有效成分绿原酸进行定性分析；用液相色谱法在ＯＤＳ－Ｃ１８柱上以甲醇与０．０２ｍｏｌ／Ｌ ＮａＨ２ＰＯ４（１５：８５）为流动相，用外标法建立了绿原酸的分析方法。结果：绿到的平均回收率为９９．３７％，检测线性范围为５￣７５ｍｇ／Ｌ，ｒ＝０．９９９０。结论：本法简便，快速，灵敏，重现性好。

| Abstract: | Objective: To establish methods of quality control for Jie Re Kang Yan No 1 (JRKY) oral solution by qualitatively and quantitatively determining the active substance of chlorogenic acid in the solution Methods:To determine the nature of chlorogenic acid, which is the chief effective component in JRKY by TLC Chlorogenic acid was determined on an ODS C18 column with a mobile phase of MeOH 0 02mol/L NaH 2PO 4 (15:85) by HPLC Results: The average recovery was 99 37% The linear concentration range of the method was 5~75mg/L, r=0 9990 Conclusion:The method is rapid, reliable and sensitive |
