148例产后出血的临床观察

目的:探讨卡孕栓联合缩宫素预防产妇产后出血的效果。方法:回顾性分析我院收治的148例产妇临床资料,按照患者用药情况分为观察组与对照组,各74例,两组患者在胎儿娩出后肌肉注射缩宫素,观察组患者加用卡孕栓,比较两组孕妇产后2h、24h出血量及用药后血压变化情况。结果:观察组患者产后2h、24h出血量少,与对照组患者比较差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:卡孕栓联合缩宫素预防产后出血效果好,对产妇血压无明显影响,效果安全性高,值得在临床推广。

48 cases of postpartum hemorrhage observed

Objective:To investigate the Carprost joint oxytocin to prevent postpartum bleeding.Methods:A retrospective analysis of our hospital 148 cases of maternal clinical data,drug use by patients divided into two groups and the control group,all 74 cases,two groups of patients in the fetus after the intramuscular injection of oxytocin,the observation group were added card progesterone suppository,pregnant women,postpartum were compared 2h,24h bleeding and blood pressure changes after treatment.Results:The patients with post-2h,24h less blood loss,compared with the control group were significantly (p <0.05).Conclusion:Carprost joint oxytocin to prevent postpartum hemorrhage effect,no significant effect on maternal blood pressure,the effect safe,worthy of promotion.
