| 摘 要： | 目的：观察甲状腺机能亢进症患者内关穴伏安特性的变化规律。方法：应用穴位伏安特性检测系统测定33例甲状腺机能亢进患者和30例健康志愿者内关穴和对照点伏安面积、惯性面积。结果：甲亢患者左右两侧内关穴增程、减程伏安面积，惯性面积显著小于对照点（P〈0．05，P〈0．01）；健康志愿者左右内关穴增程、减程伏安面积和右侧内关穴惯性面积显著小于对照点（P〈0．05，P〈0．01）；两侧穴位伏安特性比较显示，甲亢患者右侧内关穴惯性面积显著大于左侧（P〈0．05）；甲亢患者内关穴伏安特性与正常人比较无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：甲亢患者左右内关穴伏安特性存在失衡现象。
