田七注射液延缓慢性肾功能衰竭肾纤维化临床研究

目的:观察田七注射液延缓慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF下称“慢肾衰”)肾纤维化的临床疗效,并探讨作用机制。方法:将70例慢肾衰患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各35例,分别给予田七注射液和肾安注射液治疗,1个月为1疗程。观察治疗前后症状积分、血清层粘连蛋白、IV型胶原、肾功能、血脂、内皮素、白介素-8、不良反应。结果:治疗组总有效率71.43%,对照组总有效率48.57%,两组疗效相比差异有显著性(P<0.05);治疗组临床症状、纤维化、肾功能、脂质代谢明显改善(P<0.01或P<0.05),并优于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05);内皮素、白介素-8显著降低(P<0.01);未发现不良反应。提示:田七注射液能延缓CRF肾纤维化进程,其机制可能调节脂质代谢和降低内皮素、白介素-8有关。

Clinical Study on" Tianqi Injection"in Retarding Renal Fibrosis of Chronic Renal Failre

Objective To obseve the clinical effects of "Tianqi Injection" in retarding renal fibrosis of chronic renal failure(CRF) and its possible mechanism.Methods:70 patients with CRF were randomized into two groups: treatment group in 35 cases were treated by Tanqi Injection and control group in which 35 cases treated by SenAn Injection,the therapeutic period is a month.Symptom score,Laminin,Collegen IV,renal function,blood lipid, endotheliolysin,interleukin-8,side effects were measured before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate was 71.43% in treatment group and 48.57% in control group,by contrasting the two groups there was a remarkable discrepancy(P<0.01);Clinical Symptom,renal fibrosis,renal function,blood lipid,improved obviously in control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and has marked curative effect in contrast with control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01),endotheliolysin and interleukin-8 decreaded obviously(P<0.01),no side effects were found.Conclusion:It is revealed that Tianqi Injection can retard renal fibrosiss of chronic renalfailre by adjusting blood lipid and decreading endotheliolysin and interleukin-8.
