| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨运用心理行为干预对改善癌症患者心理和躯体功能方面的效果。方法：289例放，化疗住院患者随机进入干预组或对照组，采用情绪和生活质量问卷，分别对两组患者进行3次测查（放疗或化疗前，中，后），结果：组间比较，各项情绪指标和大多数生活质量指标以及总体情绪和总体生活质量状况，干预组比对照组改善明显，组内动态观察，各项情绪指标和生活质量指标，在干预后的效果更加明显，结论：对放，化疗患者实施恰当的心理行为干预，在临床是可行，有效的。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effects of psychological intervention for improving the changes of emotional and physical functions in cancer patients.Methods:Three hundred and eighty-nine cancer patients were randomly divided into the intervention group and control group.The emotional and physical changes in patients of both groups were examined before,during and after radiation therapy.Results:It was found that the patients who received psychological inter-ven tion therapy appeared significantly less distress and higher global quality of life than those in the control group.Conclusion:It is suggested that psychological intervention therapy is effective and practicable for cancer patients in China. |
