| 摘 要： | 目的观察中药加味银翘方治疗甲型流感病毒呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法将患者分为两组,治疗组口服中药加味银翘方,对照组给予口服达菲,疗程均为5d。结果两组疗效相近。结论中药加味银翘方有明显抗甲型流感病毒作用,能有效治疗甲型流感病毒引起的呼吸道感染,其临床疗效基本等同于达菲。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the effect of Modified Yinqiao Decoction on influenza A virus respiratory tract infection.Methods: 168 cases were divided into 2 groups.The treatment group was added with Modified Yinqiao Decoction.The control group was used the Tamiflu.Results:After 5 days,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 75.00% and that of the control group was 84.52%.There was no statistical difference between 2 groups in the total effective rate.Conclusion: Modified Yinqiao Decoction has significant effect in the anti-influenza A virus.It can effectively treat the respiratory tract caused by influenza A virus infection whose effect is as same as Tamiflu. |
