二十五味珊瑚丸联用小剂量阿米替林治疗频发发作性紧张型头痛临床观察

目的 探寻对频发发作性紧张型头痛(FETTH)的有效治疗方法.方法 将240例患者随机分为治疗组(120例)和对照组(120例),治疗组服用二十五味珊瑚丸与小剂量(12.5mg,每日2次)阿米替林,对照组单用常规剂量阿米替林(25mg,每日2次),治疗12周,进行头痛程度评分及疗效评价,并观察不良反应.结果 治疗组总有效率高于对照组;治疗后8周起头痛程度改善优于对照组,且不良反应发生情况低于对照组.结论 二十五味珊瑚联用小剂量阿米替林治疗FETTH疗效和安全性较好.

Clinical Observation of Ershiwuwei Coral Pill Associated with A Small Dose of Amitriptyline Pills on Frequent Episodic Tension Type Headache

Objective:To study the effective treatment of the frequent episodic tension type headache.Methods: 240 patients were randomly divided into the combined treatment group(120 patients) and the control group(120 cases).The combined treatment group was given the Ershiwuwei Coral Pill and a small dose amitriptyline pill.Meanwhile,the control group was given the regular doses of amitriptyline pill.After 12 weeks,the headache severity score and the effect were evaluated in 2 groups.These adverse reactions were also observed in these cases.Results:In the 12th week,the headache score and the total effective rate of the combined treatment group were significantly superior to those of the control group.Meanwhile,the incidence rate and the severity of the adverse reactions in the combined treatment group were lighter than those of the amitriptyline group.Conclusion:Ershiwuwei Coral Pill combined with a small dose amitriptyline in the treatment of frequent episodic tension type headache has better clinical efficacy and reduction of side effects.
